last na to coz i have to wake early tomorrow for work but just check this link in youtube though the quality is not good about Ryzza’s prediction that A needs a yaya when asked what he wants in a girl then he sang live the “Akin k n lang” song which i really like whenever they do dubsmash and then just checked out his dance step in the beginning, it’s like M’s steps… hayyyyy, i’m so addict n malaga 🙂

This is my last post for this — to consolidate my thoughts on the latest ep of pur fave LT.
But first, I thank Vilo for giving us the space to share our thoughts on our aldub fever. His kind indulgence for allowing me to flood the comments section to his post is much appreciated. Second, I would like to apologize for flooding his page about that chismis, which I have assumed might have been the cause of the threats by Wally and Jose to A. I can’t validate that issue. If it were true, then I appreciate the gestures of the two kuyas/lolas of M in KS. If it were not true, then I guess the threat was still a natural warning of big bros protective of their bunso, M.
Looking at A’s reaction to M’s dubmashing of her own voice with lines from films, I guess he honestly thought there was nothing wrong from his end. He’s more focused on M’s own voice and looked genuinely happy that M has the talent for acting and even singing that he wasn’t paying much attention to what the lines mean. So whatever happened between Sat and Tue, it must’ve been pure nonsense. His focus is on M, other girls pale in comparison.
Whatever the creative writers wanted for Tue’s plot, only they know and we’ll know in time. Sabi nga, sa Tamang Panahon. But one thing is clear, they are slowly showcasing M’s other noteworthy talents. It’s like they are gearing up for her re-launch as an actress and a singer. And A is very appreciative of this process.
As I’ve said, Sat’s ep is proof enough where our A lies in this LT. We must not doubt him anymore. These two just needed the time and space for them to get to know each other better and find their own way to FOREVER. Richard Faulkerson Jr. already proclaimed that for all the whole wide web in his IG post, and it’s written in caps lock, borrowing M’s way of writing to capture “para intense.” After all, they’re still too young; so much lies in store for them still.
As for us who wish these two beautiful souls to find their happiness and success in their careers and life, let’s just sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. “What’s meant to be will always find its way.” These two are smart. They know it already. It’s just a matter of time.

If it is true that something happened between A and J at the backstage of SPS, then if I were Jose and Wally being protective of Maine, I would have approached A about it to know what’s up, directly from him,instead of bringing the matter to the attention of KS’ production staff. So, if I input this info into what happened in KS yesterday, it could be that they wanted to give A a chance to assure M and us, indirectly, that his intentions are true. kasi for sure news about the said incident would leak out. As others have already pointed out, there was no tension in the faces of A and M, so the matter was probably cleared up already among those concerned.

Thanks Sir Vilo for your blog and allowing us to comment our sentiments/views. Like you and some people here, this is my first time to be so hooked on a LT. And like the cliché, we perceive things as who we are and not what things are… If you could kindly indulge me to share my own thoughts, i agree with your previous post that M will soon be spreading her wings and flying. I think the “hugot” lines from yesterday’s episode was Eat Bulaga giving us a glimpse of her potential to deliver those heavy lines done by veteran actresses. In a way, her delivery yesterday was already a triumph because it bothered and affected people… (Kahit ako man nawindang! M is just full of surprises!) so in a way it was effective as it evoked feelings out of your viewers. Give her a little more time and more workshops, she will learn to open the tap of “waterworks” on cue. And once this happens, A & M will become one of the formidable and respected loveteams in the long run.
As for A, I commend him. I think he is kind and a real gentleman to give her space and allow her to grow her craft/versatility and be her “sparing” partner. After all, they are likely to be working closer as a team for a long time… That said, they will be spending a lot of time together and get to know more about each other… And who knows, it may develop into something more beautiful in real life. 🙂 TULOY ANG FOREVER!!! Hahaha…
As for Jose and Wally giving warning shots, it was sweet that they were saying as big brothers to her. But have to admit, in a way, it also helped in setting up the tone/mood for M’s “hugot” lines. 🙂

All the comments here are just as interesting as KalyeSerye itsel! Everyone here is out of their minds just like that show 🙂 Now I can see that the show is truly damaging to the minds, as the critics say. It inspires A LOT of imagination, and encourages passionate, more than intelligent, discourse. I just realized that the recurrent theme in this “forum” is everyone initially saying “pls do not over analyze”, and then later (a couple of comments down), I find that they themselves are “over analyzing”…It’s hilarious! The comments section is great just like the show it was inspired by. Reading it is like watching the episode over and over again and at many different angles. I am actually eating popcorn and drinking wine right now while reading this. It’s that exciting! I only use to do this with Game of the Thrones while yelling obscenities at the screen… Now I got AlDub fever and I am thoroughly enjoying myself.
Keep overanalyzing please. It’s what makes this site different. And nobody ever crosses the line -what with Vilo closely watching the minions he’s created.

I totally agree with that. I just realized I’m also one of those people who try to tell people to stop ‘over-analyzing’, but I end up kinda over-analyzing things myself (but mine is in a pretty good way though!).
But this is what KaleyeSerye so interesting and striking, we’re so emotionally hooked into to it and we can never predict what’s gonna happen.

I just finished watching the episode on EB’s Facebook page (I live in Canada so I only watch live on Saturdays hehe) and having read the comments about how people thought things have become weird lately, I honestly expected the episode to be that bad.
However, I didn’t really find anything negative. Maybe I’m still coming down from last Saturday’s high and I was looking at this through rose-coloured glasses, but honest to goodness, I didn’t see anything wrong. I thought it was a normal Tuesday in terms of pace and direction. Konting kiligan. Dubsmash. Hugot lines. Comedy. Same old, same old.
Now for Alden and Maine…I agree with those who said there must be some sort of understanding between them now. I got this feeling of peace and contentment coming off of them, like they were happy just to look at each other’s faces and not do anything else. Nawala na yung feeling nung time na nagpapakiramdaman pa lang sila, na hindi pa nila alam kung anong gagawin nung isa.
Today…oh, boy. All I saw were smiles from Maine and Alden. I mean, even their pinky swear was in sync. They looked relaxed and carefree. Even the dubsmash had no energy because they looked like they’d rather stare and make goo-goo eyes at each other.
In other words, they both looked dreamy. They both looked like they were mooning over the other.
Ibang-iba kasi ang demeanor nila lately. Yung mga smiles nila hindi na kinikilig na parang nakita mo lang ang crush mo. Iba na eh. Yung smiles nila sa latest episode may parang secret na sila lang talaga ang nakakaalam.
At one point, I actually thought Alden was gonna say, “Lola, wag po sana kayo magagalit…dahil…KAMI NA PO NI MAINE!”
Maine’s letter must have cleared up a lot of things. Contrary to what they’ve said in the past that they don’t want to reach out to one another to preserve the magic, I think they’ve already crossed that line if not after the first date, then last Saturday after their ‘date’.
I don’t believe that there is zero communication between them. Why? Because communication isn’t just verbal. Communication means body language, smiles, nervousness, anxiety, even tagaktak na pawis and kagat-labi (lol) are types of communication. From what I’ve seen of Alden last Saturday, he was definitely communicating something significant and if Maine is as smart as I believe she is, then she must have gotten THE message already and that’s what given her assurance on how things between them stand.
Basta ang kutob ko meron ng namamagitan sa dalawa. Kung tingin nung iba eh flat ang episode today, IMO hindi yun dahil sa kung ano mang nangyari/chismis outside of KS. Sa tingin ko yung “lack of energy” ngaun eh 1) may sakit si Alden at kawawa naman yung bata kung papasayawin pa nila, and 2) nagbago na ang dynamic ng relationship nina Alden and Maine. Hindi ko feeling na back to zero si Alden. Hindi ko din feeling na nawalan na ng gana si Maine.
Ang feeling ko? Equal footing na sila ngayon. Hindi na sila naghahabulan. May nakahabol na or tumigil na ng pagpapahabol yung isa. I have this feeling that they’re now standing on the same side of the road and facing the same direction in moving forward.
Anyway, I didn’t put any weight on Wally and Jose’s words. I think they were still in character and doing a script as the result of the Saturday date where JoWaPao were observing Alden very closely and trying to gauge his motives and intentions. Alden not reacting doesn’t necessarily mean he didn’t get it, or that he doesn’t think he did anything wrong to warrant such loaded words.
I think Alden smiling through it all meant he knew it was all in jest, and talagang alam na nya kung ano ang meron sila ni Maine so hindi na sya natatakot. Like he said before and what many people see as a huge moment for Alden, a well as his and Maine’s relationship, “Ready na ako!”
This is the first time I’ve seen Alden this confident and relaxed. Even with his segment with the Baes, sometimes he’s not completely comfortable.
But now, whenever he sees Maine? To use one of my most favourite phrases: Ang haba ng buhok ng lolo mo!
I’ll be following where Maine and Alden’s journey goes. Of course, I could be totally and embarrassingly wrong about my thoughts, but I stand by them hahaha.

ALL of our thoughts could be totally wrong, but I believe there is nothing embarrassing about ithat. For a live skit that’s done in the streets played out for Tito, Vic and Joey as “audience”… For so,e inexplicable reason, this show manages to inspire (encourage more like) the audience to use our imagination (in the most wholesome way possible). Voicing out our imagination and speculation in this forum is fun and healthy. If anyone here is judging someone for being ridiculous, it’s like pointing the finger at themselves. 🙂

Also, I agree with you about the Lola’s “threats” to Alden being made in jest. Isn’t that what our Filipino friends and family do to the boyfriends or manliligaw? They make threats to show that the girl has value.
Don’t high school relationships always start with the super KIlig moments and turn to to MU? I’m just thinking… for me Alden and Maine seem to be in the “mutual understanding” stage -confortable of their place in that person’s life and confident in other’s loyalty. Secure na sila.

I m not sure if I should post it here or dapat sa ibang post. But been reading through all threads and I am happy with the exchanges. Same as everybody I’ve been more an observer and somehow had that guts to share my thoughts especially with today’s episode.
Assumptions (parang math exam lang):
Yesterday’s M’s last FS: Pahinga ka ah.
then the KS cut short with the the horn on who will be in streets today…
then A is not present in EB today
hmmm… amidst comments / bashing now na di nagpaalam si A… seems she (and EB/KS) knows na wala si A tomorrow and that FS is her way of telling him na take advantage of that break to rest =)
Reading through the threads of comments on the KS, here’s my take on where they stand now.. Their personalities are opposites which can be seen on how they use social media.. M.. she is very comfortable with it.. literally grew up with it and you can see thru her feelings with her posts… whatever she post ramdam mo na sya yun… masaya, malungkot… on the other hand.. He’s the private, too cautious one.. careful what he posts .. I guess his early struggles with the business made him more like that and I think the same applies on how he wants it with her, he wants it more private… he’s not the showy one. My hope is that these differences would complement each other in the long run..
Bakit long run? maybe they’re moving a higher notch already.. =) with the way things are today.. something real is brewing between the two of them =)
Here’s the thing.. checking on Kris Bernal IG post na maaga daw ang flight nila A sa Naga and she slept / rested muna before later’s event.. I guess we can say that’s the same thing he did today.. bumawi ng pahinga at tulog… What intrigues me is that something that made him post this morning thanking God with the Aldub you.. it’s either he’s thankful that he was able to rest.. or di kaya he woke up with a nice message from this sweet girl also known as Yaya Dub. hehehe
Just my thoughts and my wish is sana tuloy tuloy na sila.
