For the past KS episodes, my mind has been oscillating as to what’s the real deal about A in regards to M. But upon reading this, I have realized that A is the kind of guy that you can depend on after gaining his trust. I just hope that A and M will work things out ( career and personal life). There is a long road ahead of them and they must not let others drive their wheels.

Since na bring up na to.. Mr. Vilo, can we create a online chatroom na dun natin tayo nag uusap usap with our comments while watching the KS episode live (ang saya nito pag saturday kasi for sure madami tayo!). parang play by play mag comment tayo.. sharing of what we saw sa scene/episode.
I’ve seen fans of US TV series’ do this too. I just forgot what site they use.

I think Alden really redeemed himself after today’s KalyeSerye.
Yesterday’s episode + the rumors that were speculating was such a total letdown for all of us, it was totally a rollercoaster of mixed emotions.
But after today’s episode, everything is starting t feel right again, I saw nothing wrong awhile ago, and I HOPE you damn overthinkers don’t try to point out problems that don’t (or don’t have to) exist.
So now, everyone should relax and be happy again. Continue to give them our genuine support and enjoy every bit KS tries to give us!

Definitely the last ep generated a lot of LOL’s from me again esp the Bill and Tini scene and nabulunan si Meng scene.My overthinking cynical side though feels guilty. Who knows to Maine the show must go on and she should entertain us despite of maybe feeling she’s dying inside and may just want to be left alone to process her thoughts and emotions. Reminded me of the saying “Clowns are melancholy by heart”. Think the late Robbin Williams. Buti na lang A and M are in separate location. At least if ever it’s not going to be so awkward. But goodness whoever will be thrown in their circumstance with the whole world rooting for them, the religious ones offering prayers for them, their co-workers teasing and heckling them to be together, their life turning into an everyday musical with those neverending lovesongs would have fallen in love by now. Kalurkey na kaabang-abang. Sorry just letting off steam.

TULOY ANG FOREVER! yan ang sinabi mismo ni Alden ng mabasa nya yung letter from Maine..at sinabi q n rin s post q earlier n since monday, maaliwalas ang aura nila pareho at parang comfortable na sila w/ each other (yun siguro ang dahilan kaya namis-interpret ng majority n parang nawala yung kilig at parang negative ang dating).. at very attentive n rin si Alden s FS ni Maine at lagi nyang inaabangan yung BIGLAAN PAGSASALITA ni Maine kaya di na nya npapansin yung content ng dubsmash ni Maine..dun na kasi papunta yung story eh, yung magsasalita na nga si Maine..at mapapansin nyo nadadagdagan ang live talks nya daily.. i mentioned ealier din s post q about sa tweet ni joey na mgko-concert yung dalawa in the very near future..

We shouldn’t read too much into lola’s teachings. How about when she said ‘wedding dress muna bago baby dress’? They are just reminders that don’t specifically pertain to the two.
A lot are praising the Kalye Serye for imparting values and I think the writers want to reinforce this image.

Well, back to the subject. Today’s epi. is very relaxing for me. Their naturality over scripts. From Reel to Real, it’s very transparent that the pangaral(s) from lola has something to do with their private lives even us.

And that A and J thing? Matagal na yung issue. E kung dati nga walang nangyari, bakit ngayon pa?

Today’s episode was…different. I have a feeling that after yesterday A reached out to M. I have no definitive proof of this, but if we watch the replay of today’s episode closely, there’s a look in both of their eyes. A look that suggested that they have this inside joke that only they know. They seemed much more comfortable and relax with each other too, so much so that during the scenes that A was about to tell lola Nidora about what happened, it was as if these two knew each other for so long.
Here are my other reasons as to why I have a gut feeling that these two talked off-cam after everything that happened yesterday:
1) The scene where A comes in as M was singing, M was holding back her smile (I’m pretty sure she knew that that was his cue to come in) In comes A and the first thing he did when he saw her was to bite back the smile that crept up his face and turn his back to the camera, prompting M to do the same. The minute he got his composure, you can still see the hint of a smile on both their faces as they said hello to each other.
2) These two almost mirrored each other as lola Nidora was saying her speech after giving lola Tinidora an earful. They both stood back, hid their smile (when she said tumbang preso), and reacted (when she said the part about feelings.)
3) It was A’s turn to lipsync. His line was “ipaglalaban ko ang ating pag-ibig”. I think that this caught M by surprise. Her smile was different, as were her eyes. Same goes for A. They both know something that we don’t. And you can hear that Paolo noticed it too when he said “halalala” and “uy ang tingin”
4) When they all froze, these two were joking around with each other as they both raised their eyebrows with a knowing look in their eyes.
There’s so much more but I can’t remember any of it (it’s 2 in the morning here lol) but it wasn’t until I watched the replay that I saw it all.
I hope that my gut is right. That he reached out after the whole angst ridden episode we had yesterday.
I’m still not sure if I’m making sense, but I feel the need to conclude it all.
TL;DR I have a feeling that A & M talked after yesterday’s episode. They seem fine. Happy and content even. If anything they could be good friends now (which is fine for me). These two know something that we don’t and I’m all for them keeping it to themselves.

“They know something that we don’t” was also my exact statement when A first came in. Like after that scene, it’s as if all my pessimism went down the drain. Sabi ko it’s time to just watch and let them do what they feel like doing. KILIG to the MAX ang peg ko kanina. AS IN! BAHALA NA ANG MGA HAKA-HAKA! MANONOOD AKO NG MAAYOS! BWAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!

I’ve seen all your points too! There’s something with A & M today, so REAL. if they will behave everyday like today, KS will be more exciting and more kilig.
My favorite is when Alden came with shy smile as you’ve said he even turned , what a cutie. and the freeze time, oh my, with the look on their faces joking and communicating only them knows what is, cant help but fall inlove with them more! whatever’s goin on with them, they can keep it and we wont care, its even more better for them to know each other privately.
Let’s all chill and witness the journey of these 2 beautiful souls.

Agree on this. Today’s episode was really good. You can see that they have a connection off cam because of the shy smiles & stares exchanged. Plus I’ve been checking on the twitter board of A’s dad & iba ang messages today ha! 😀👍 There’s two messages implying that something has changed between A & M. Hope this is the start of their road to FOREVER! 😀

I guess it was because of the letter (these sentiments were formed after the Monday episode). And I’m glad. At least they have their own secret now. And I’m hoping they get to be the best of friends sooner! (I can’t hope that they go straight to a relationship because dude they hardly know each other haha; also, Maine is a newbie, and we all know getting into a relationship right away MIGHT get in the way. But I do hope for the best!)

Before kc as far as I can remember puro lg, “weeksary bukas” like that, ngayon may “natin” na? Hahaha. I don’t know, maybe I’m just overanalyzing things again, but HELL! Kinilig talaga ako dun! Kudos A! Pagpatuloy mo lng yan! Hihihihi!

Phew! I feel relieved but M must have been pissed off big time when that godawful interview came out sunday.hahaha. Here she is laying out her cards and opening her heart and soul tapos the day after A implies that he did not yet love her and may not be interested because he has no time to get to know her or did not want to spend time to get to know her.

There must have been something in the letter of M last saturday that really made A very relaxed since Monday. Something must have also happened yesterday. I agree. They seem to have an inside joke.

Earlier I just noticed na A got this dismayed reaction after M said her
line…ALDub you.Lola! Then hugged Lola Nidora. Maybe A was
expecting M would say ALDub you, A . I guess there is really a
mutual understanding should I say between them that they can’t
hide na sa camera and here we are…
Regarding the 3 Lola’s. For me, good that they made an emphasis
on, they are protecting yaya or M… as being M kuya’s also. It may be
scripted or not , direct to A or be general,. Mabuti na din yun, para mas lalo
makapag isip si A with his feelings.
I love it too that they have given M a chance to shiw how versatile actress
she is…she is starting to soar now.
Sobrang Excited na for tomorrow’s episode…

BTW, I think it is good that J is around. If he is the girl that broke his heart, he should be able to sort things out as early as now rather than later.I believe in letting all the temptations be around them to test them.

Today’s episode was a no “aldub you” and “maalden kita” FS but honestly sobrang kilig pa rin ako, why? Coz their eyes and smiles bares it all. Yung moment na nakikita mo na nagkakaintindihan lg cla without saying anything. Ay grabe, keep it up, M and A! This is the start. I believe. I really do hope and pray you find forever in each other. In Shaa Allah!

Did alden said something when he was executing his dubsmash at the beginning ? lip readers….. anyone ? As for todays episode, i feel happy for them, perfectly executing their parts and something tells me that they feel more comfortable with each others presence, the awkwardness has been removed. Hope that their chemistry will continue to develop ! TULOY ANG FOREVER!
That freeze part? They seem to resemble a cute couple who’s goofing around with each other, not acknowledging the fact that they are being watched on national tv. Sweeeeeeeeet ! ❤

I have replayed today’s episode like 5 times (or more than that) and one of the kilig thing for me today is when A showed the fan sign saying “KAMAY NIYA :(” then he hid his face… For me, why would he hide his face? Is there any emotion that is so overwhelming that you want to hide it at the back of the paper?
As I replay that part over and over again, I saw A’s eyes was teary as if he’s happy… so happy that he have said the truth to Lola and the fact the he remembered that moment when he was able to hold M’s hands.
Also, when A wrote “WEEKSARY NATIN BUKAS” his giddiness and excitement was very infectious. He have that shy smile but I don’t know… that smile of his was so contagious and I assume that he was happy to say those things to M. he have said it as “NATIN” with conviction now so… I hope all is well between them. 🙂
Still praying that they will be together as a couple forever in God’s time. 🙂
Today’s episode is a breath of fresh air. Can’t wait for M’s surprise to him.

I made a suggestion sa writer ng KS to add another character sa KS but will be played by maine. The new character will be yayadubs half younger sister ,new yorker born and raised. Fashion stylist to the famous Hollywood. Of course her character will be elegant, sexy in a classy way well heeled, dress on par English speaking,went to Philippines wanting to reconnect with relatives most especially yayadub her half sister and of course the lolas. This new character despite her very sosy attitude would be sweet and nice and is willing to learn the culture. It is important that we make the sister nice so fans would love her too like they love yayadub only this one is dressed stylishly because of her job.she would be introduced to Alden ,would acknowledged him but would not flirt with him knowing he is yaya dub’s boyfriend.afterall this new character will have her own good looking boyfriend as well. This situation will showcase maine on a different light.will show how eloquent she is,and can dress like a model too out off that stupid apron.and will get a boyfriend without forcing a love triangle.dying to see what alden reaction would be seeing maine so sexy and another good looking man in tow.it is important that this new character will be shown as nice and sweet not a villain so fans would look forward to seeing her too in ks.so what do you think guys? ??

Agree on this. Would love to see M wearing something other than the apron. Though realistically speaking it’s going to be hard din for the writers to push this storyline ti get M all dolled up pag nasa kalye serye sya. Baka lalo syang pagkagukuhan ng mga tao ng grabe pag dating nila sa barangay & tunaw ang make up! Hahahaha!
But I really like idea ha! I’m sure super stand out sya when she gets all dolled up.

I don’t think mahihirapan ang writers to push this storyline. Kung mapapansin niyo umikot ung episodes this week sa mga nangyari lang nung Saturday, meaning walang bagong arc kasunod nito kundi magsasalita na si M and prolly may 2nd date. If ever na makapagsalita na si Yaya, Mas madadalian silang ipasok ‘tong character na ‘to ni M kasi nakakapagsalita na sya.

I love the Sept 29 episode and despite the comments, I still do not get what everyone seem to see (the lack of kilig that Maine is slipping away and reading between the lines for threats becos of 3rd party). For me it was a very fun show. And yes, I notice that Alden and Yaya Dub no longer go crazy ‘kilig” everytime they see each other like they used to in the beginning. Yaya Dub no longer does her signature jumping up and down searching for Alden…
But, as with everything else in Life, we move on and so does the show. For me, their “lack of effort” (for lack of a better description) shows the progression of a relationship (Reel or Real). Although they never mentioned that they a “couple”, it is implied and accepted as such even by Lola Nidora. And that to me means a mutual understanding. Let’s compare this to real life.. In real life, we might not be Kilig everytime we see our love one, but, it doesn’t mean we’re not happy. I remember my heart jumping out of my chest whenever I saw my love (for a date or a visit), and even agonizing over the feeling that he might change his mind… but after a period of time, all that disappeared and replaced with just a comfortable sort of happiness. I now know that I no longer have to wonder if he’ll show up, or if I have to show him in some way that I like him, too.. I just know he’s there, always will be, and that we both know how we feel.
At this time in the serye, I feel Alden and Yaya Dub is now that couple. Courtship progressed to mutual understanding that they’re both together and just happy to see each other, kahit nasa split screen lang.
September 29 episode for me is very special right now because I noticed this small interaction between them that has me playing the song “Hiling” over and over again, and has me in cloud 9 as I go through my day.
I watched Alden in the Starstruck video clips. He was instructing the hopefuls that in order to maintain the “Kilig” factor you have to continually find ways to surprise your partner (yup, applies in real life, too, by the way) 🙂 . In that episode, Yaya Dub surprised Alden by using her real voice to sing and say the lines… His surprise and happiness was Real. Nagulat sya at masaya siya dahil sinurpresa sya ni Maine Obviously, this No communicaton (or minimal communication) is good for them. And they understand that and utilize it to its’ fullest potential.
Maine might have gotten Alden using her real voice, but then watch him when he sang “Hiling”… there was something in his expression like he knows something.. he even lifted up his eyebrows as if to say, “yeah, what do you think..?’ And then replay that, and this time watch Maine’s reaction… oh, she was “kilig” for reeallzzz and she was saying (non-verbal) “oh no, you didn’t! I’m gonna get you for this”..
There is a competition between them that’s friendly. They have a very sweet working relationship that’s also very unique because they are the only 2 crazy people who get each other even when they don’t talk. I’m very happy to be a witness to this tandem. I hope tuloy ang forever for this 2 crazy kids.

Yeah, I actually used to be one of those people who were being all team detective and trying to scrutinize every facial expression they make or every move they do on-cam or off-cam. I only had to realize it now that the pacing was always gonna be like that since the Abduction episode.
I guess one of the reasons why Monday-Wednesday episodes are so hard to cope with because of the fact they ARE meant to be lowkey episodes, and also at the same time we’re all hungover from the Saturday episodes before it.
But yeah, I can’t wait for Saturday. I will fully support KS ’till the end. I’m so excited for those two beautiful human beings!

I like the epi today, light pero went another level..everyone sensed that
M and A have that understanding na, hindi na sila stressed other than
sa mga pinagagawa ng staff sa kanila. Sayang nga , sana nag prepare
yung staff ng lyrics for M kasi hindi nya master yung song ni A, nafeel na
di sya confident kantahin, nakalimutan nya lyrics, kinabahan si M sa pagkanta
yun lang naman yung downside.

I agree that she wasn’t confident because she went out of pitch for a couple of times. I know Maine has a nice voice, I’m hoping they could showcase it properly in the future though.

I saw that…A was very supportive of M that brought her confidence back. Pero it could have been better or avoided if M was given or been guided by lyric chart coz she is not confident sa. lyrics nung song ni A, could be a last minute thing. If you would watch the replay nag react si M sa staff like guide me please.. Good thing M just laughed, M was not really affected at all sa mistake nya, nothing to put her down. Mahirap yung ginawa M na walang acconpaniment na sinundan si M and sang acapella, lalo na she could have sang it on a lower or higher note, buti na lang hindi ganon nangyari. M has a nice singing voice na pwede pang idevelop.Vic Sotto also noticed that yesterday…

Their 11th weeksary…no words. My gosh, the littlest doubts I had were all washed away.
Sobrang kilig nilang dalawa eh! Kahit before pa nung Wish I May and GGMY duets, hindi na maalis ang mga ngiti sa labi nila! Halos every frame na naka-focus sila, panay sulyap sa isa’t isa at nangingiti.
Halos walang fansigns. No split-screen kisses. No pick-up lines and cliches. Pero sobrang kilig pa din! There’s something so raw and real that is happening, so much so that Maine and Alden couldn’t even take their eyes off of each other!
Notice when Maine was singing Wish I May, Alden wasn’t even blinking, he was just staring up at the monitor to look at Maine’s face and hear her voice. Totoo yung kilig ni Alden nung kinanta ni Maine yung WIM lalo na yung line na “wish I may be the one” sabay titig ni Maine na may pahiwatig and napaka-open nung emotions ni Alden. They’ve accepted each other’s feelings.
May secret yang dalawa na yan, sure na sure na ako!!!
They’re definitely communicating now! They’re exchanging love letters! How sweet!
I’m glad to have had some of my suspicions proven true after Saturday. I’ve always thought there was nothing wrong between Maine and Alden…especially not after the turning point that was their Saturday ligawan,
And now it’s Maine’s turn to leave tangible proof of her affections for Alden. The cupcakes were a great idea! Alden sure looked like he loved it a lot!
The Lolas and Yaya are going to Broadway para “ligawa” ang studio-family ni Alden! I love the equality.
As I’ve said before, Maine and Alden are now on equal footing. Nobody is chasing or being chased. They’ve become so in sync with each other in just 4 days that it’s amazing how a 45-minute interaction last Saturday and Maine’s letter must have moved things along so efficiently.
And how cool was it that Alden was encouraging Maine to keep on singing? When she was starting to falter, he was right there to catch her and give support. He loves hearing Maine’s voice and at the same time, he was reciprocating the emotions she laid out for everyone to see. Right there, in those duet scenes, I saw Maine and Richard not as a LT, but as a couple in a real-life relationship.
I can’t wait for Saturday!

This! A thousand times this! Sure, M sang a bunch today and they had a duet but this was the scene that stuck out to me the most. I loved how he was there for her when she was doubting herself. What I found amazing was how quickly she got her confidence back the minute he chimed in and sang with her. It was great. The entire thing was great. I wanted to cry hahah
I’ve also noticed that whenever M talks, A looks so proud of her! It’s so sweet and so genuine. There’s a saying that goes ” The more you care about someone, the happier you become when you see them happy.”
I’m still trying to process everything that happened today. It wasn’t extravagant compared to the other weeksaries but damn it it was great!
P.S
This could be an unpopular opinion, but I do miss how there used to be a plotline before (i.e the kidnapping, the diary, her parents). I’m all for watching the story of A&M unfold but at the same time, the show is treading a really really reaaallly fine line between showcasing these two as characters and/or taking advantage of the budding relationship of the two (as per the audiences’ demands). Yes, it’s addicting. Yes, the rawness of their emotions are what got us hooked in the first place, but as I look at the bigger picture, if they keep up with this, where will that take the show? I mean, you can’t keep these two away from each other for that long. They already had a date, he already came to the mansion, she’s going to the studio. What else could happen after that?
In my own opinion, I think that EB should give themselves a bit of space from AlDub. Put them on the background for a bit or create a plot that doesn’t center on just them (a good example of this would be M coming in as Yaya Dub’s half sister…) SOMETHING has to happen for the show to have a longer life expectancy. We have three geniuses slaying it every single day and we should grab the opportunity to stir things up a bit by using their talents.
Take it back to before. Because, I swear, at some point we will all ask/want more from A&M but they wouldn’t be able to give it back.
I should probably change my SN to “It’s 1 in the morning here.”

I’ve been thinking of that as well. It’s one of my worries that KS will fizzle out, which was why I’d been so vocal with people who wanted Maine and Alden to meet, date, kiss, etc after only a month.
With the pace the show has been on lately, there is no way they would not run out of storylines.
But then we have to remember that Maine and Alden are shooting a movie and chances are, they’ll be shooting several scenes together. I think KS really sped up the plot because 1) Maine and Alden have to get used to being together considering the next activities that must have been scheduled/inked down for them (think of the endorsements that are waiting on the wings to finally have the two out of split-screens…TAPE probably hasn’t allowed any other endorsements until KS have succeeded in making Maine and Alden meet and develop into a successful LT),
2) I think the fans’ expectations were getting too high, demanding for M & A to meet ASAP and as often as possible, and
3) Nobody expected KS to last this long. IIRC, the Aug. 8 YaKie wedding was the original plan to have Alden and Maine meet but Maine fainted, and the writers had to scramble around for something to keep the show going. It was mainly down to Mike Tuviera and the EB writers to broaden the story and make it juicier. And so they did.
Imagine if Yaya Dub and Alden actually met in person almost 2 months ago? None of us would be here right now. Hahaha
The writers were in a catch-22. Preserve the beauty of KS and add twists and turns…or lose the public’s affection, which is so very fickle nowadays, and have the AlDub tandem crumble way before it had a chance to grow?
I think the entire EB family and staff are just as worried like we are, considering they are still surprised how AlDub became the hit that it is now. I have the feeling that the writers also didn’t expect for Maine and Alden’s relationship to get to this point where it’s all but obvious there is “something meaningful” between them.
I truly appreciated the twists, too. I loved the comedic scenes. I loved Duhrizz. I loved Lola Nidora’s snobbish attitude and one-liners. I loved when Nidora had different costumes and wigs every single day. I loved when she was being cold and mean to Alden because I’ve always thought every tale needs a good villain before it can become a good story. Frankie was a useful foil, but even he had to go considering the fans’ overwhelming desire to have Maine and Alden be together and nobody else could come in between.
I commend the writers for getting KS as far as they have done and for doing so, so well with what must be a difficult job. It takes a lot of creativity and intelligence to craft something as unique as this and keep it going for several months and still retain, even increase, its audience.
I’m still optimistic that the writers know what to do should the case arise that KS loses steam. I’m sure once Alden and Maine got control of their feelings, the writers will re-invent KS again. Or maybe KS will just stop altogether, and Maine and Alden will go on to have a TV series of their own while still being part of Eat Bulaga, and JoWaPao will go back to being Sugod Bahay gang.

And I agree with your unpopular opinion about missing plot twists. I actually want to see another foil to their romance like possibly Bill’s handsome nephew taking interest in Yaya. This can be played by some English speaking actor so Yaya can bring out an English-speaking persona. This is so Alden would be more assertive in pursuing Yaya (kahit hindi ibang character) kasi I might miss the wackiness of Yaya (which I won’t see if the sophisticated half sister comes in).
Frankly, I have mixed feelings about Lola ALWAYS making a way for the two to meet (first gifting him with the date then inviting him to their mansion and now asking to go to Alden’s turf as if yung babae pa yung namamanhikan). I love the fact that the JoWaPao can have some breather from their sugod bahay chores and the opportunity for Maine to meet the other hosts and, of course, for the chance for Aldub to meet again BUT sana naman in future episodes, have Alden’s character take the initiative in meeting with Yaya. Ang dami nilang hosts sa studio, one of them could play Alden’s parent or Baste as kid brother so he can introduce Yaya’s side to his “family” naman to show his seriousness in his courtship. Or at the very least Alden should be the one to ask for the next date. Wag yung palaging sa side ng babae yung gumagawa ng paraan. Isn’t it customary after a successful first date that you ask a girl out SOON after the date? O ako lang ba yong may ganong expectation?

I also have the same thoughts on how the story now is going on. I think there is a plan after all kasi they know that this kind of thing wouldn’t last if there will be no twists. As Yaya Dub can now speak and Alden is more on opening up, what will be the next chapter of their story in KS? But of course, I know that there’s a reason why this is happening. Hindi naman sa lahat ng pagkakataon masaya ang story parang nung na-abduct yung dalawa (though masaya yung mga naganap that time).
I wish that Saturday na at may sapat na pahinga yung dalawang bata kasi today (Fri, Oct 2) pupunta ng Cebu si Alden, si Maine naman, I think my other commitments din. My first concern talaga is their health kasi lagare masyado si Alden simula ng naganap lahat ng ito (take note nagdadiet pa yung bata sa lagay niya na yun >_<)
But as of today's episode, the best weeksary so far, no doubt about it!
Wishing for Saturday to come and I know na kaya mapupunta sa Broadway si Yaya is dahil nga sa BulagaPaMore Grand Finals (I assume she'll also win there via people's vote hahaha lakas ba naman sa tao eh) and as a wishful thinker on what will happen, I KNOW (with strong conviction) may iiyak ulit or should I say mag-iiyakan dahil sa saya? Hahaha.

I think it’s quite telling that the writers have scrapped the ‘diary’ and “Yaya dub’s parents” issues away.
KS is as close to spontaneous as you can get on TV, and I think the writers have accepted the real feelings between the two leads and decided to just let them be together.
Even Lola Nidora has been so accommodating lately. IMO they’ve decided to let Maine and Alden move the story along on their own. Notice wala na masyadong twists, and Maine and Alden have been acting so ‘free’ and confident since Monday.
Wonder if some restrictions (ie. no phone #s, no dates and meetings outside of EB) had been lifted.
Yung mga sinasabi nina Jose na hwag lolokohin si Maine, I now believe it’s part of the last ‘roadblock’, parang they were just making way for this new concept of Maine and Alden being a real-life couple to be presented on TV. Hinahayaan na lang nila yung dalawang bata na mag-usap eh. Kinukunsinti pa nga nila hahaha
Wala ng new characters na pinapakilala. Wala ng tutol si Lola Nidora. Right now, basically, ang pwede na lang sumira kina Alden and Maine…eh sina Alden and Maine. The story is now in their hands and JoWaPao and EB family are their guides.

Agree! With KS being something na nag poprogress 70-80% via improv. Di talaga maiiwasan na may mga plotlines na iddrop nalang nila along the way.
Actually, It kinda feels like EB is grooming the perfect love team/couple. On and Off the cameras! 🙂 Kaya puro agree na sakanila ang mga lola at puro advice nalang sa future nila.
You’re 100% right in saying na si A and M nalang ang makaka sira sa story na to. But with what they’ve showing lately, I doubt na masisira. haha! Kahit pa lagyan nanaman nila ng twist yung story or kahit yung mangyayari sa Saturday, wala na e. halatang may something nadin naman off cam 😛

To be honest, and I know I might sound crazy, but whenever I look at Maine and Alden, talagang naniniwala ako sa sinasabi ng iba na they’re destined for each other. They have this explosive chemistry pero parang ang dami din nilang pwedeng maging solid foundation for a friendship (if ever nothing romantic comes out of this *knock on wood*). Yung…bagay na bagay silang tingnan!
They just have this image of two people who absolutely belong together. I’ve been going back to the July 16 episode when this all began…and even then, meron ng interest si Alden eh. Hindi pa romantic or anything deep, pero halatang-halata na fascinated sya kay Maine. Yung titig nya while watching Maine do her thing…naku! Hahaha
Kaya si Joey napasabi din, in his true “Joey-ness”, na ‘si Alden mukhang may pagnanasa kay Yaya eh!’ A bit too crude, but I think that was the earliest sign that this was never going to be one-sided and that there was always a little kindling there that has now grown into a full-on blaze, and we all get to experience the heat!

I’m happy for this episode. I shrugged off the negativity that people had from Mon-Wed with the little details. I knew sometging changed since Saturday and I’ve been seeing it. I was the one for the writers to adapt to A and M’s real story and just create stories along the way, akyat ligaw, bisitahan, date, etc.
I think we will only get serious plot lines if they have things to do outside of EB that may require them to be absent.

For Pinoys who have been away from the motherland for too long, watching KS is a fun way to be reacquainted with our roots – the culture, the vernacular, the food. Hard not to feel homesick when you watch them eat isaw and palabok.
I’ve also recently started watching Sugod Bahay videos. I live in a Western society where people complain over the most mundane and trivial things. Watching SB and listening to people talk about their daily struggles can really change your whole perspective. It also makes me mad that the Phil govt continues to ignore the dispossessed (except at election times, I suppose). But always noticeable, amidst the poverty, are the smile on people’s faces. It’s human resilience at its finest, and Filipinos embody it.
I have to say though that if not for Maine and JoWaPao, I doubt I’d find KS this enjoyable. I double over with laughter when they crack jokes, I sing along to their songs, gush over Aldub, and I think I might even have a little crush on Paolo. I can’t help it. His laugh is just so darn infectious!

If need niyo pa ng proof sa totoong feelings ni A ulit ulitin niyo yung duets nung dalawa. Yung mukha.. yung mata ni A habang naka tingin at nakikinig kay M. Yung pag salo niya sa confidence ni M. Ahhhhh basta tignan niyo nalang 😀 Nakakatawa pa na inunahan na ni A yung “wow fantastic baby” kasi sayaw na sayaw na siya sa saya.
Si M naman sa 2nd wish I may nanlaki mata nung sinabayan siya ni A. hahaha ang cute! Oo, kabado si M kumanta at nawawala sa tono. Pero MVP tong si A. tinulungan, sinabayan at binuhat niya si M. Lutang na lutang siguro tong dalawang to pag tapos ng set dahil sa saya. hahaha.

A is true to his word.
I remember one episode when he told M via 2 fan signs something like “ano man ang mangyari, ako ang bahala sa iyo” — or something to that effect. He did just that today. First, he allowed M to shine bright during their weeksary, as the supportive partner and Second, sinalo nya si M when she sang. We could see it as a kilig gesture, but acting true to his word, he definitely didn’t leave her out there and made sure he guided her till the very end. I’m confident that he will continue to do just that when he helps her to go through the stress and long shooting days (and nights) etc etc etc.
M is in good hands with A, we should just trust the guy to continue being true to his words.

Nakatulog po kaagad si A sa pagod papunta sa set nung shooting. Nakakaawa na yung mata niya waaaahh! Puyat at pagod yung bata >__<

Alam mo yung paulit ulit ka sa kada episode.
Sobrang saya ng episode today walang dull moments as in.
Nakakatuwa lang kasi even tito na noticed nya si M pag nag susulat kay A. Sabi nga ni Joey iba talaga nagagawa ng pag-ibig.
Saludo ako sa JoWaPao kasi encourage nila si M and A is so sweet kasi alam nyang kabado nga si M kasi live yun ee walang practice (on the spot talaga). Kaya noong una nahiya sya pero noong sumensyas na si A na parang (Go on I am here to catch you). Sheeeemss hindi talaga mawala yung smiles sa labi ko.
Maganda talaga yung tipong biglaan na dumalaw si M na walang idea si A. Para makita lalo kung ano ang magiging reaction ni A.
